So, I haven't written anything on here for awhile because it seems pretty pointless to write on here when I'm the only person reading it. However, I decided to use this as mostly a journal for myself.
We are now in to April and I'm 250 lbs. I have to say that I feel pretty good about that considering that 4 months ago I weighed almost 50 lbs more than I do now. I was hoping to be lighter than this by now but it is what it is. I know that with it getting warmer and riding my mountain bike I will shed some serious weight pretty fast. I'm still shooting for 220 by July 4th. So, that means I have to drop 30 lbs in the next 3 months. I think I can do that. I just have to stay focused on my goal and continue to eat right and exercise.
I'm gonna shot for a 4 lb weight loss this week. We shall see how it goes.
