It's Wednesday and things are going really good this week. So far I've lost 3 pounds since Monday morning and I'm hoping to keep that going for the entire week. I would be ecstatic with a 7 pound weight loss for the week however, my goal for the week is 5 pounds. Today is usually the hardest day of the week for me though. Not only do I have to work all day but then I have school from 6 to 9 pm. Usually I stop on the way home and grab something to eat but that's not going to work with this diet. I cooked a turkey burger last night so I would have that to eat when I get home. I just hope I can wait that long. I usually eat no later than 8 pm but tonight I won't get to until around 9:30 pm. Oh well, there's nothing I can do about it.
Exercise has been going good too however, last night was my rest night and tonight I will be at school. So, for the rest of the week I'm going to have to work really hard. I plan on doing a spinning class on Saturday morning so that should help alot. I'm looking forward to it but I've heard that it's really going to kill me. HaHa...I'll be fine I'm sure. I look at it as a great way to get ready for the mountain bike season.
