So, today I woke up and felt pretty good. I worked out on Saturday and Sunday so I was feeling pretty good about my progress. I went into the bathroom to weigh myself and 280 popped up on the scale. I guess that's not too bad. I mean, 3 pounds of weight loss in a week is something to be proud of. However, I was really wanting to lose 10 pounds. I'm okay with it though...this week I'm really wanting to lose 5 pounds. I figure 8 pounds lost in 2 weeks is pretty good and I can deal with that.
I ate a salad with shaved turkey for dinner and some Special K Cinnamon Pecan cereal for dessert with a banana. Breakfast was a couple of turkey wraps and lunch was 2 chicken fresco soft tacos from Taco Bell. Overall I think I did pretty good today. Lots of water to drink of course. I also did about 45 min of cardio at the gym.
The next couple of days are going to be difficult to make it to the gym so my diet is going to have to be spot on. Lets hope I can do it.
